Role Overview

Motability Operations is a leading provider of worry-free mobility solutions, serving over 700,000 customers across the UK. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Stakeholder Partnerships Manager to join our team in London.

About the Role

This is a crucial position within our organisation, requiring someone who can develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, disability groups, and government representatives.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement, working closely with the Corporate Affairs team to deliver the Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement plan.

  • Industry Stakeholder Engagement: Lead on delivering the industry stakeholder engagement part of the delivery plan, including supporting the Head of Stakeholder Engagement and Public Affairs in formulating targets and KPI/OKR setting.
  • External Representation: Act as a key external representative of Motability Operations, summarising for the wider Corporate Affairs team the latest news and developments in the automotive and mobility sectors.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Support on the planning, coordination, and execution of events undertaken by the Public Affairs and Stakeholder team.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including annual discretionary bonus, 15% non-contributory pension, life assurance, and employee discount scheme.
