Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Manager. This exciting role will play a critical part in fostering and developing strategic partnerships with key venture capital firms.
About the Role:
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive growth through strategic partnerships.
- Analyze industry trends, market insights, and customer needs to develop tailored solutions for startups participating in the Launchpad program.
- Develop and present value creation strategies to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.
- Facilitate relationships between account teams and the broader VC team to accelerate opportunities and enhance pipeline growth.
- Liaise with external collaborators, including VCs and startup founders, to champion collaboration and long-term growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 4-6 years of experience in venture capital, premier consulting, investment banking, M&A, strategy, startups in enterprise software, or digital transformation.
- Strong operational and project management skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve results.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, personal drive, and leadership skills aligned with Salesforce's core values.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and driving insights to improve program outcomes.
- Willingness to travel as needed (30%+).
- Familiarity with driving large-scale, community-focused initiatives.
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation in B2B or B2C contexts.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools, with a focus on customer engagement and/or experience in an enterprise digital transformation in either B2B or B2C.
