At Direct Line Group Careers, we're seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team in Leeds or London.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and growth of new partnerships within the Green Flag business. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic partnership opportunities, developing compelling propositions, and negotiating deals that drive mutual value.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and delivery of great customer outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the Green Flag vision.
  • Pursue and negotiate strategic partnership opportunities, ensuring balanced and viable terms.
  • Lead commercial negotiations to secure new partnerships, leveraging your deep understanding of regulatory and risk landscapes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer outcomes and seamless onboarding experiences.

We estimate this role to earn between £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
