We are currently seeking an experienced Arts Program Coordinator to join our team in the US, focusing on membership development and program management.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in program management, with experience in CRM and client relationship management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive membership strategy, including managing event logistics, coordinating outreach efforts, and fostering member engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Frieze 91 programming schedule, overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution in the US.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement member events, promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
- Engage with potential members, museums, galleries, and non-profit institutions, cultivating relationships and driving membership growth.
- Oversee event logistics, working closely with the Events team to ensure seamless execution.
- Promote Frieze 91 through social media, networking, and community outreach, highlighting the benefits of membership.
Requirements:
- Proven program management expertise, with a track record of delivering results-driven projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.
- A creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset, able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with the US arts and cultural sectors, with a willingness to learn and grow.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
