Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Arts Management Coordinator to join our team at the International Arts Manager.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and project management skills, with a focus on supporting the smooth operation of our organisation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative, logistical, and welfare matters of artists, production, and season staff. This includes coordinating the management of artists, production, and season staff, ensuring the efficient operation of our organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Welfare Management: Overseeing the welfare of performing company members, creative teams, children, chaperones, and production staff.
  2. Line Management: Providing support and guidance to seasonal stage management teams.
  3. Scheduling and Attendance: Coordinating production activities, rehearsals, meetings, and coaching sessions.
  4. Performance Support: Attending rehearsals and performances.
  5. Event Support: Assisting with company events and activities.
  6. Staff Support: Tracking and booking ticket requests for creative and production staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Proven experience in creative/arts management, coordination, or administrative positions.
  • Financial Management: Experience in tracking expenditure or budget management.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
  • Interest: Interest in live performance and the arts.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
