Creative Arts Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of the International Arts Manager team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative, logistical, and welfare matters of artists, production, and season staff. This will involve coordinating the management of artists, production, and season staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation.
Key Tasks:
- Welfare Management: Managing the welfare of the performing company, creative teams, children, chaperones, and production staff.
- Line Management: Line managing and supporting seasonal stage management teams.
- Scheduling and Attendance: Scheduling and attending production activities, rehearsals, meetings, and coaching sessions.
- Performance Support: Attending rehearsals and performances.
- Event Support: Assisting with company events and activities.
- Staff Support: Tracking and booking ticket requests for creative and production staff.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience in creative/arts management, coordination, or administrative position.
- Financial Management: Experience in tracking expenditure or budget management.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
- Interest: Interest in live performance and the arts.
