Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization's goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Negotiate pay awards with the Union in partnership with the Director of People & Culture and Assistant Director HR Operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Estimate:** $75,000 - $100,000 per year
