The Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team in Sinch is looking for an experienced Sales Commission Framework Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on creation, optimization, and coordination of E2E processes from quota setting, sales incentive plan issuance, commission calculations to commission pay-out.
An estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
About the Role
Responsibilities- Design and optimize sales commissioning E2E processes from quota setting, sales incentive plans issuance, commission calculations to commission pay-out.
- Be a reliable partner to various regional and global teams and stakeholders for anything related to sales commissions, calculations, SIP issuing etc.
- Work closely with regional RevOps and FP&A teams to harmonize, optimize, and create frameworks and processes around sales commissions.
