This is a brand new role that reports directly to the Group Company Secretary and sits within the legal department of this global broker providing specialist insurance and reinsurance services.

The key focus of the role will be to ensure the effectiveness of all long-term incentive arrangements offered within the Group. You'll ideally have around 3+ years' experience in share schemes administration, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an autonomous fashion within defined parameters.

As a highly organized individual, you'll be responsible for developing excellent working relationships with key c-suite members and working closely with the Assistant Company Secretary on maintaining the Group's corporate records and statutory registers using the Diligent Entities system.

This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your experience and spread your wings by being involved heavily in a number of ad hoc projects and transactions, while also having a very active role in supporting the evolution and implementation of new incentive schemes.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of long-term incentive arrangements, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide expert advice to stakeholders. A full job description is available upon request.
