Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Global Sales Incentives Manager to join our team at Clarivate Analytics in London. This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2 days of office presence per week.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sales incentives strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales incentives strategies that drive business results.
  • Collaborate with the unified Commercial Operations team and key external stakeholders to ensure departmental objectives are met.
  • Manage operationally SPIFFs and ad-hoc sales compensation schemes, including reporting.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of work experience in sales incentive compensation or a related field.
  • Bachelor's/University level degree in a related business or operations field.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
