TikTok is a leading short-form mobile video platform with global headquarters in Los Angeles and Singapore, and offices worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our EMEA team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduled account transfers, book of business review, and data hygiene for optimal sales performance.
  • Conduct quarterly sales incentive processes, performance distributions, and adjustments approvals.
  • Support sales teams through day-to-day enablement topics via the global helpdesk and assist with questions related to accounts, contracts, and billing setup.
  • Create and manage support materials and resource hubs, drive training for all sales processes, and communicate process updates.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience using data to create compelling stories that influence management decision-making.
  • Self-starter with an execution mindset, capable of delivering on changes with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred qualifications: experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL; familiarity with major sales CRM platforms, Order Management Systems, and Ads Platforms.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
