Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our global sales team at Sidetrade. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing comprehensive sales enablement programs to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted programs to address these gaps.
  • Design and implement New Sales onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to develop and launch sales enablement programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make data-driven decisions to improve their impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement/training, ideally in the Fintech space.
  • Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
  • An ability to manage the full training cycle.
  • Experience with learning management software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Understanding of sales process, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
