Global Sales Enablement Manager

In this Global Sales Enablement Manager position at Sherpany AG, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
You will lead the development of onboarding and training programs to speed up the ramp-up process for new sales team members. Additionally, you will create and manage sales content, tools, and resources that streamline daily operations.
