Global Sales Enablement Manager Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Sidetrade AG. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement program that supports our global sales team in achieving their revenue goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales enablement, with a deep understanding of learning principles and modern training techniques. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company and develop targeted programs to address these needs.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program that includes tools, processes, and programs.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company and conduct ongoing needs assessments.
- Develop and launch sales enablement programs that support the sales force in their revenue-generating efforts.
- Craft and run sales enablement tools and enablement materials that support the sales force in their revenue-generating efforts.
- Build and own the sales enablement content in our Learning Management System (Sidetrade Academy).
- Proven work experience in sales enablement/training, ideally in the Fintech space.
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
- An ability to manage the full training cycle.
- Experience with learning management software.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of sales process, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- BSc degree.
- Additional certification in training is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
