We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our global sales team at Sidetrade AG. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in driving sales success and growth.

About the Role

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement program that includes tools, processes, and programs. This will involve partnering with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company, conducting ongoing needs assessments, and rolling out targeted programs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building new enablement tools and programs, as well as uncovering untapped enablement potential. They will also have extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques, experience with learning management software, and proficiency in MS Office.

A BSc degree and additional certification in training are a plus. If you have a proven track record in sales enablement/training, ideally in the Fintech space, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments and roll out targeted programs
  • New Sales onboarding programs
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing
  • Ensure skills, knowledge, and sales readiness of sales organization
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in sales enablement/training
  • Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle
  • Experience with learning management software
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Understanding of sales process, preferably within a SaaS company
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and team management skills
