About the Role:
As a Global Sales Enablement Lead at Moody's Investors Service, you will be responsible for driving sales success through strategic partnership development and effective partner management.
Responsibilities:

- Measure partner performance using metrics and processes, providing analysis and recommendations for program improvement.
- Communicate complex information to various audiences, including senior leadership, clients, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
