Commercial Enablement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to lead our Commercial Enablement team in the EMEIA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an effective, best-in-class commercial team focused on New Business Sales, Account Management, and Customer Experience representatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Champion a culture of learning across Cision Commercial EMEIA teams by promoting continuous improvement and development opportunities.
- Lead the Commercial Enablement team to design and deliver training programs using evidence-based methods, ensuring optimal sales productivity.
- Analyze the current state of sales productivity in collaboration with Sales Operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Establish Commercial Enablement best practices across EMEIA, ensuring a consistent enablement experience for all employees.
- Collaborate with Global Sales Enablement to ensure global best practices are adopted and implemented effectively.
- Partner with managers to identify and prioritize employee training needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and facilitate sales coaching playbooks to enhance sales performance.
- Manage and continuously improve Cision's new seller onboarding program to ensure seamless integration into the commercial team.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs to create blended training materials based on industry-leading practices.
- Engage with senior business leadership to define, measure, and optimize training KPIs.
- Minimum 7-10 years of sales/sales operations/sales enablement and training experience with global high-tech B2B organizations.
- Sales and Field Sales Management experience.
- Training and learning delivery experience.
- Proven ability to create and implement successful sales process/methodology initiatives.
- Experience building effective field sales onboarding and training programs.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per annum.
