We are seeking an experienced Change Enablement Lead to join our team at CBRE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Global Target Operating Model, ensuring effective change management and business benefits realization.

With a strong background in offshore/outsourcing projects, you will have a proven track record of delivering business benefits through culture and behaviour changes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementation
    • In line with the programme plan, implement change interventions and ramp up for delivery of the change, ensuring a benefits and people focus throughout and bringing stakeholders along.
    • Support the business to be ready to accept the change, utilise new capability, and ensure the successful delivery and embedding of this change into the business.
    • Support the implementation of key plans and monitor progress of plans against success criteria.
    • Plans will include change management, communications, knowledge transfer, training, and stabilisation plans. Help to keep activities on track and maintain alignment with the business case.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave and a pension scheme.
