Enablement Specialist Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at SHERPANY, a leading tech company in Zurich. The successful candidate will play a vital role in empowering our sales team to achieve exceptional results.
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing onboarding programs for new sales team members.
- Creating and maintaining sales collateral, tools, and resources to optimize daily operations.
- Analyzing sales performance data to inform training initiatives and improve outcomes.
- Working closely with sales leadership to develop strategic plans and initiatives driving revenue growth.
- Ensuring consistent messaging, process alignment, and sales tactic optimization across the team.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in sales enablement, preferably within a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- A results-driven approach, leveraging data to drive process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex sales performance data.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities.
- Native-level English language proficiency.
