IBP Enablement Specialist

Haleon, a global consumer health leader, is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of IBP Enablement Specialist. In this position, you will lead the building of required capability to enable our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation, a global program aimed at transforming our processes and systems for Supply and Demand Planning and overall IBP.
You will be responsible for coordinating the effective development, deployment, and embedding of competency frameworks across business areas/functions, as well as overseeing the design, development, and deployment of training & learning platforms for IBP.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Supply chain or commercial operations, Learning, HR, Organisational Psychology, and applying learner-centred experience design. A strong understanding of blended/hybrid learning delivery methods and tools is also essential.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £85,000 - £105,000, based on location and experience.
