Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will work closely with sales leaders and teams to drive net growth, executing project deliverables and ensuring sales enablement efforts align with strategic goals.
This is a field-based role with regular travel to London areas/Sheffield expected. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and optimize a sales enablement programme across the sales team.
- Gather insight and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing sales performance.
- Work between sales, product, and marketing teams to execute initiatives that boost sales performance.
- Determine sales priorities with the Sales Enablement Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience in direct sales and possess excellent internal relationship-building skills. They should also be able to stay focused on projects until delivered in full.
