Digital Sales Enablement Specialist

Convera Holdings, LLC. seeks an exceptional Digital Sales Enablement Specialist to drive sales excellence and growth across our global operations.
About the Role:This role focuses on developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth. As a Digital Sales Enablement Specialist, you will work closely with our sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance sales performance.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 18 months of experience in customer-facing lead generation or junior sales roles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, marketing automation platforms, and digital sales tools.
- Knowledge of sales pipeline building principles and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales performance.
Our compensation package includes a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits such as:
