About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Expert to join our team at Executive Jet Management, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales training and enablement, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop training programs that equip sales teams with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality content, including playbooks, case studies, and instructional guides.
  3. Manage and promote the utilisation of our Sales Enablement Platform as a single source of truth for all sales teams.
  4. Partner with stakeholders to define, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned to our sales cycle.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations and technology in sales best practice, people development, and enablement tools.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales training or within a sales enabling role.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, particularly Sandler and Challenger.
  • Experience with creating and managing digital learning content using different design and facilitation tools and software.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
What We Offer

Competitive salary range: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
