Drive Sales Success with Qargo TMS

Qargo TMS, a leading tech start-up, is seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective onboarding processes, ensuring seamless alignment between sales and marketing teams, and developing practical sales materials to engage customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure new sales reps are up to speed quickly.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Create engaging sales materials, such as product overviews and case studies, to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to adopt and utilize sales tools effectively.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales teams to drive performance and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain clear best practices and workflows to support sales teams.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a sales enablement or business development role, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Proven experience in supporting sales teams with training, onboarding, or enablement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Experience with sales tools, such as HubSpot and Gong, is a plus.
