Sales Enablement Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in empowering and helping our sales team by providing the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
* Collaborate with various departments to develop and deliver sales enablement programs, create impactful sales content, and continuously improve sales processes, win rates, and ramping time.
* Work closely with sales managers and leaders to understand their needs and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to address these needs and drive sales performance.
* Partner with marketing, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales enablement strategies with broader company initiatives.

**Requirements:**

* 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales, or revenue enablement.
* Proven track record in delivering sales training.
