Sales Enablement Manager

Pigment is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing the Everboarding program, which includes ongoing skills training. You will also direct the Enablement Trainer on curriculum changes and business requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations position
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital, or a Sales-related role
- Experience in creating high-quality content and managing training in the technology/SaaS industry
You will also use data and sales leadership feedback to identify improvement opportunities in the Everboarding enablement programs. Additionally, you will co-design sales processes with revenue leaders and ensure that the revenue team reaches maximum adoption and productivity.
