Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Fenergo. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales enablement strategy that drives revenue growth and improves customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining a comprehensive digital asset library, including sales presentations, product videos, interactive demos, and other relevant materials.
You will work closely with the sales department to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and develop digital solutions that align with their objectives. This will involve identifying and assessing digital tools, platforms, and applications that can enhance the sales team's productivity, effectiveness, and customer engagement, and overseeing their implementation and integration.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A strong understanding of sales processes, customer behavior, and market trends is also essential.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a company pension contribution, life assurance/income protection/critical illness plan, 25 days annual leave, and an annual bonus opportunity.
