Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at PriceBeam. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our sales team by providing them with the resources, knowledge, and tools needed to perform at their best.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and update our CRM (Hubspot Enterprise) to facilitate best use amongst the sales team.
- Lead the customer intelligence analyst team, supporting and participating in continuous collection of market data, industry lists and trends, and other pertinent information to support the sales process.
- Design and deliver training programs that equip the sales team with new tools, industry trends, and performance-enhancing strategies.
- Select, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and platforms to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
