Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Beqom North America Inc. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our regional sales teams.
About the RoleThe Sales Operations Manager will oversee the reduction of friction in the sales process, allowing salespeople to succeed in their day-to-day activities. To do so, you will work closely with cross-functional and organizational teams aligned towards Sales Success, as well as with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Define, document, and deploy new operational processes and ensure rigorous adoption across the GTM organization (pipeline hygiene, account ownership, deal desk support, RFI/RFP writing, etc.).
- Build a strong Business Intelligence function with a single source of truth, scalable reporting, and real-time insights.
- Drive organizational change management: engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations; experience in a joint operating role of sales and marketing ops within SaaS environment a plus.
- Consistent track record to lead and scale Sales/Revenue Operations of significant scope through growth periods.
- Experience conducting a sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
- Excellent English language skills are a must, any other language a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
