As our Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales success by developing and delivering programs that equip our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to thrive.

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales, or revenue enablement. A proven track record in delivering sales training is essential, and working knowledge of LMS or enablement platforms is a plus. If you have a passion for empowering sales teams and driving business growth, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team, including onboarding new sales reps and ongoing development for existing team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful sales content, such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and product datasheets.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to co-evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies that streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Partner with sales managers and leaders to understand their needs and challenges and develop tailored solutions to drive sales performance.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales, or revenue enablement.
  • Proven track record in delivering sales training.
