Unlock Career Growth as a Sales Enablement Lead

Wolters Kluwer Holdings (UK) plc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Enablement Lead to drive performance improvement initiatives across our sales organization. If you have a passion for innovative training programs and are committed to helping sales teams achieve their goals, we encourage you to apply.

As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective instructional design and execution of training curriculum and onboarding processes for all sales employees in the division. This includes coordinating and overseeing new hire sales and account management hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluation processes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management. You will also be a self-starter who takes initiative, seeks out opportunities to drive change through persuasion and leadership, and has good analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for an individual who can work collaboratively with sales leaders and other sales support functions to identify potential gaps and facilitate ongoing assessments. You will map out quarterly and annual plans to deliver creative interventions that enable sales performance, collaborate with an instructional designer to identify innovative solutions and execution plans for various blended learning programs, and keep current with emerging trends and best practices in the learning and sales enablement space.

In this exciting role, you will provide baseline and ongoing measurement of key performance indicators impacted by learning & enablement programs, monitor program effectiveness based on defined key performance indicators, and identify replicable program best practices. You will also facilitate/deliver live and virtual training sessions/workshops as needed to address teaching of new skills, abilities, technology, or process, enhancement of employees' professional knowledge, and analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to sales and deliver appropriate modification, 1:1 coaching, and reinforcement as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years working in or supporting sales organizations. A bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is required, while a master's degree is preferred. You should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (Salesforce.com preferred), and reporting. Familiarity with needs-based/consultative selling methodologies and proven track records in performance improvement initiatives are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, depending on location, plus a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional results and driving sales performance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
