At Circle Internet Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Lead to join our AWS team in downtown San Francisco.

About the Role

As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for driving awareness and co-selling of CircleCI's solutions by AWS teams, collaborating with CircleCI's Marketing and Sales teams.

You will also run the sales enablement of CircleCI's go-to-market teams, working with Sales Engineering to communicate CircleCI's value proposition to the AWS technical field community.

Candidates should have excellent relationship-building skills with both non-technical and technical leadership, and a track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects that lead to new business opportunities.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with CircleCI's Marketing and Sales teams to drive awareness and co-selling of CircleCI's solutions by AWS teams.
  2. Run the sales enablement of CircleCI's go-to-market teams.
  3. Work with Sales Engineering to communicate CircleCI's value proposition to the AWS technical field community.
Qualifications
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both non-technical and technical leadership.
  • Track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects that lead to new business opportunities.
  • Understanding of digital transformation, cloud platforms, and emerging DevOps trends impacting customer opportunities.
  • Proven experience in meeting metrics and sales targets through channel partners, preferably within the DevSecOps ecosystem.
