About the Role

Carwow Group, a leading car-changing destination in Europe, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to optimize our sales processes and empower our commercial teams. This critical role will bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring alignment and maximizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Management: Develop compelling sales collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials. Leverage data and insights to create impactful content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Translate complex data into actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and increase sales productivity.
  • Sales Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, sales methodologies, and best practices.
  • Sales Tool Management: Manage and optimize sales enablement tools (such as Groove or similar) and platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, product, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation and management tools.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
