Sales Enablement and Learning Experience Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Enablement and Training Lead to lead the development and delivery of enablement programs that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in the EMEA region.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales enablement professional to join our team and leverage their expertise to drive business growth. You will be responsible for designing and delivering customized enablement programs that meet the needs of our sales teams in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an enablement strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills of our sales teams.
- Become a trusted advisor to our sales leadership team and provide expert guidance on enablement best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of enablement initiatives.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales or sales enablement leadership roles, preferably in a large corporate environment.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing enablement strategies that drive sales growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time).
Estimated Salary: €70,000 - €100,000 per year
