Sales Enablement Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Strategist to join our team at ScreenCloud Inc in London or Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing the resources, tools, and training necessary to empower our global sales team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. You will work closely with sales leadership to understand the needs of the sales team and tailor enablement initiatives accordingly.
In this role, you will develop and implement sales enablement strategies that align with ScreenCloud's business goals and sales objectives. This includes creating and maintaining sales enablement content, delivering product training, conducting knowledge gap analyses, designing and delivering onboarding programs, facilitating ongoing training and workshops, evaluating and implementing sales tools and technologies, and tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies that align with ScreenCloud's business goals and sales objectives
- Create and maintain sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, product collateral, case studies, and competitive analysis to support the sales process
- Deliver product training to ensure the sales team is well-versed in our offerings
- Conduct knowledge gap analyses to identify areas where additional training or resources are needed
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a fast and effective ramp-up
- Facilitate ongoing training and workshops to keep the sales team updated on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and industry trends
- Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand the needs of the sales team and tailor enablement initiatives accordingly
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement
- Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement strategies
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience in a start-up environment or in building sales enablement strategies from the ground up is highly beneficial
