Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team in EMEA. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition by providing support and guidance to our sales teams. You will utilize your expertise in sales techniques and methodologies to develop and implement effective sales strategies, resulting in increased revenue and improved customer satisfaction.
About the Role- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, utilizing your expertise in sales techniques and methodologies.
- Sales Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales teams, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve sales targets.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to equip sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and executives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or sales enablement, preferably in the MarTech or Ecommerce industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales or sales enablement, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to business growth.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
