Join DNA Recruit as a Sales Enablement Specialist and drive the success of our global data provider client. As a key member of the sales team, you will develop and deliver comprehensive sales enablement content across three core pillars: Product Knowledge, Sales Skills and Methodology, and Sales Process.

This exciting role offers a competitive salary up to £70K - Plus Bonus and provides an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and HR, to align training initiatives with business objectives and product updates.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating meetings to define training objectives aligned with the company's strategic goals, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the latest insights and product knowledge;
  • Collaborating with SMEs and business stakeholders to develop training content and initiatives that cover the combined product offerings, including data solutions and analytics tools;
  • Designing and implementing a structured 30/60/90 day onboarding programme for new sellers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, market positioning, and customer needs;
  • Training the sales team on effective strategies for engaging and closing deals with distinct customer cohorts, ensuring alignment with their unique needs and pain points;

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role, preferably in SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
