Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at NetJets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in sales training and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering role-specific training and development initiatives, working closely with the Sales Management and Organisational Development teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating and delivering the NetJets Sales Onboarding program, delivering role-based training and workshops, and providing coaching to sales team members.

Additionally, the Sales Enablement Specialist will coordinate with Marketing and Products & Pricing teams to ensure sales team members have access to the latest customer-facing collateral. They will also manage and promote the utilisation of the NetJets Sales Enablement Platform as a single source of truth for all sales teams.
