Global Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at Oktopost Technologies. As a key member of our Revenue department, you will play a vital role in equipping our Sales & CS team with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to drive success.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and revenue goals.
- Create and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and materials that effectively equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills required to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
- Audit and maintain sales enablement documentation, including playbooks, training materials, and other knowledge management assets.
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent creative skills for creating compelling sales assets.
- Sales management skills and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate sales teams.
$100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
