Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a highly strategic Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist to drive marketing and sales enablement initiatives globally. This role will be responsible for driving consistent internal and external marketing, sales support, and communications strategies across Investor Services products, services, and segments.
This specialist will work closely with business teams to validate and articulate key messages to market, value propositions, and differentiators, creating multi-channel marketing plans to deliver messaging effectively and differently. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years' experience in B2B marketing and communications strategies and a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with proactive approach and strong accountability for projects undertaken, forward-thinking mindset, strong creativity, excellent project management skills, and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence thinking and drive consensus.
We are offering an estimated salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, based on a competitive package including benefits, bonuses, and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain targeted, insight-led marketing strategies and budgets with business stakeholders.
- Draft and maintain product-level internal and external messaging and talking points.
- Deliver new ideas and thinking to the business, constantly driving innovative and creative strategies and tactics from marketing.
- Create and continuously enhance sales/marketing collateral and tools for Sales, Relationship Managers, and Product teams.
- Facilitate new product launches, coordinating with product experts to identify message points and fit within broader BBH product suite.
- Help create content programs in partnership with centralized content/thought leadership disciplines.
Education Level and/or Relevant Experience(s):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent qualification required.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a B2B strategic marketing role is essential, with a proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing programs and measuring outcomes.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the global asset management and/or asset servicing industry and/or institutional banking is required.
