Outbound Sales Representative

Culture Amp is seeking an exceptional Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in building a better world of work. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for nurturing and creating outbound opportunities, while qualifying inbound leads for new mid-market customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts
- Utilize phone, email, and social tools to connect with prospects
- Qualify prospects and book conversations with Sales Executives
- Collaborate with local marketing leaders to follow up on regional and virtual events
