About the Role

You are deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. Culture Amp is looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative to join us in our mission to build a better world of work by making the power of people analytics accessible to everyone.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will research target accounts and develop a plan to connect with them via multiple channels
  • You will partner closely with an Account Executive to build momentum in your territory/segment
  • You will be a People Geek and understand how we can help HR professionals get the data they need to build #CultureFirst workplaces

You are a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to be in sales and have previous experience in an outbound sales role. You are eager to jump on the phone and are confident making cold calls. You have a strong growth mindset and a passion for developing your sales skills. You will research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts. You will be utilizing phone, email, and social tools to connect with prospects. You will qualify prospects and book a conversation with Sales Executives. You will be receiving continuous training and coaching from your mentor and peers. You will collaborate with local marketing leaders to follow up on regional and virtual events.
