Job DescriptionRole OverviewThis role plays a vital part in driving qualified pipeline opportunities through frontline inbound and outbound activity within existing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will amplify the work of over 100 million people with existing Culture Amp customers.
- This Customer Growth Specialist will look across all segments of our customer base (from Emerging to Enterprise), serve as brand ambassadors within the customer journey, and build on the foundation for the experience with Culture Amp.
- Key responsibilities include working in partnership with Account Managers, Marketing, and SDR Leaders to plan and deliver agreed engagement with existing customer accounts to drive expansion of our existing customer use of our Culture Amp products.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all inbound inquiries made by existing customers via our website through form fills, events, and phone calls.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills, balancing inbound and outbound outreach and territory/segment-based strategy in partnership with Account Manager & Marketing direction.
- Analyze activity metrics to consistently reach goals, reviewing outreach sequence specific content and adjusting accordingly.
- Effectively qualify existing customer account interest that could be great expansion opportunities using the company qualification process.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone presence and ability to conduct cold calls.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven individual.
- A competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
