Customer Retention and Growth Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Customer Retention and Growth Specialist to lead our retention strategy during a 10-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving growth from existing customers using your expertise in retention & CRM strategy, execution, segmentation, and database growth.
- Manage to budgets & targets provided by Finance and the TALA Management team.
- Develop and implement all CRM channel activities: ideation, briefs, approvals, execution, segmentation, testing, and reporting.
- Analyse and interpret results from CRM initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Bring brand goals & objectives to life across CRM channels.
- Own database growth across both Email & SMS, optimising and testing as required.
- Evolve our CRM strategy incorporating best practice and innovation, staying up-to-date with market trends in CRM, retention, and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the brand, website, creative, and merchandising teams to deliver a seamless, best-in-class customer experience.
This exciting opportunity requires:
- 5+ years of Retention/CRM experience.
- A proven track record of delivering successful CRM campaigns.
- Data literacy with strong Excel/Google Suite skills and the ability to understand and use data visualisation tools.
- Expertise in planning and building both campaigns and automated CRM journeys.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM best practices, data interpretation, and reporting.
