Job Title: Customer Retention and Loyalty Strategist

Job Description:
Growth & Company, a leading fashion business based in London, is seeking a skilled professional to lead their customer retention and loyalty efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer loyalty and increase revenue growth.

About the Role:
As a key member of the CRM team, you will work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to design and implement data-driven initiatives that enhance the customer experience. You will analyse customer behaviour and segments to identify opportunities for growth, build personalised customer journeys across email and digital channels, and report on retention KPIs to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a consumer goods business, as well as an affinity for E-commerce and process improvements. Experience with SQL, BigQuery, and Google Analytics is a plus. You will be highly analytical, love technology, and be able to drive data-driven business decisions. A competitive salary of £70,000-£90,000 per year, benefits package, and hybrid working environment are offered.
