Customer Retention Strategist

The JobWe are looking for an exceptional E-commerce Growth Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our retention efforts through D2C channels, developing a best-in-class referral and loyalty program, and increasing customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the customer retention strategy, focusing on planning, execution, optimisation, testing, reporting, and analysis.
- Develop a best-in-class referral and loyalty program.
- Increase LTV and retention by utilizing data to understand customer segments and their lifecycle.
- Reporting and analysis on key performance metrics including LTV, Repeat Rate, etc.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including:
