Salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description
In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a customer success strategy that drives client retention and growth. You will lead and grow a high-performing customer success team, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Owning and scaling up the Customer Success team to drive successful customer stories.
- Establishing a culture of mutual accountability between the Customer Success team and customers.
- Managing a team of 7 experienced professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Increasing product adoption, user retention, and customer satisfaction while driving churn reduction tactics.
- Developing processes to measure and improve customer satisfaction and retention, using customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify upselling, cross-selling, and new revenue streams aligned with customer needs.
- Improving existing customer success metrics and reporting for visibility into the health of our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
