A high-profile CRM and Loyalty Manager position has been made available to us on an exclusive basis. Majorplayers is seeking a seasoned CRM professional to drive customer retention and spearhead the development of a comprehensive loyalty program.

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows and personalized communications, to foster strong customer relationships and boost retention rates.
  • Create data-driven customer segmentation strategies to deliver tailored content across various touchpoints.
  • Monitor and optimize email performance, aiming to enhance key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Pilot and evaluate emerging CRM channels to identify innovative ways to engage with customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to shape the strategy and content of brochures, personalizing brochure content based on customer segments and aligning it with CRM goals and customer segmentation.
  • Work with the data team to utilize customer insights and analytics for shaping the CRM strategy, including customer feedback and surveys.
Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include:
