Retention Marketing Strategist: Enhancing Customer Lifetime Value

At DTC Job, we are seeking a skilled Retention Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive customer retention strategies that drive long-term growth and profitability.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improving retention and engagement. You will oversee retention marketing efforts, including email marketing and loyalty program management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of retention initiatives with overall business goals.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in retention marketing and customer loyalty program management, preferably in the DTC or subscription industry. Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation, with a focus on driving customer lifetime value, is essential. Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is also required.
Apart from your technical skills, you will need to be able to work effectively in a part-time, freelance capacity, with availability for 20 hours per week in the CET timezone. Familiarity with e-commerce and direct-to-consumer business models, with a track record of driving retention and loyalty in these contexts, is highly desirable.
We estimate that this role comes with an annual salary range of **$60,000 - $80,000** depending on qualifications and experience. This figure includes non-monetary benefits and other forms of compensation that are typical of this type of position in the United States.
