Your Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Customer Loyalty Strategist to join our team in London. As a key member of our marketing operations department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a world-class CRM strategy that drives customer loyalty, improves engagement, and enhances our overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM platforms, customer data analysis tools, and email marketing strategies. They will be able to develop and execute data-driven plans that deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
- CRM Strategy Development: Create and implement a CRM strategy that aligns with our luxury brand values and growth objectives.
- Customer Insights Analysis: Analyse customer data to inform our communication strategies, customer satisfaction, and loyalty initiatives.
- Email Campaign Optimisation: Work closely with our digital team to optimise email campaigns, targeting specific customer segments and aligning messaging with customer profiles.
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with our sales, marketing, and digital teams to ensure CRM objectives are integrated across all customer touchpoints.
- Ongoing Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams, ensuring effective use of CRM tools to maximise potential.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a permanent, full-time role offering a salary between £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
